Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some of our most popular questions asked by our customers!

How is the dryer vent set up in your average home?

The dryer vent runs from behind the wall into the attic and then from the exhaust to the roof.

The standard length of a one story dryer vent ranges anywhere from 15 to 20 feet.

What are your hours of operation?

Our technicians are available from 7 AM to 8:30 PM, Monday through Saturday. We understand that our customers may only have specific times that they are available, therefore we offer a great amount of flexibility when it comes to scheduling your appointment!

Are you licensed & insured?

Yes! We are fully licensed & insured.

Do you need to go up to the roof? If so, is that included in the service cost?

Yes, the technician needs to go up to the roof and clean out the gooseneck (exhaust point of the dryer vent to the exterior of the home).
This part of the process is extremely vital in providing you a full service dryer vent cleaning.

How often am I supposed to get my dryer vent cleaned?

We highly recommend getting your dryer vent cleaned at least once a year, depending on your dryer usage.

Do you automatically give a yearly service reminder of when I need my next dryer vent cleaning?

Yes! We will reach out and recommend your next dryer vent cleaning service 1 year after your initial service visit.
